Booking policy Cancellation/lateness You can cancel 48 hours before your appointment time. All deposits are non-refundable. If you are 20 minutes late, a £10 late fee applies. Payment A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final total. Appointment/style preference The booking calendar opens on the 1st of each month. If you would like a style that is not listed in my services such as hairstyle, wig revamps, styling, or wig conversions, kindly send me a DM so we can discuss it first.
